I am extremely happy with the care provided to my children. They truly enjoy every moment they spend there and always come home with happy smiles and full of stories. The staff are incredibly patient, kind, and understanding, they make sure they also follow all laws in any aspect. That gives me great peace of mind as a parent. It's clear they genuinely care about the children and create a fun, safe, and supportive environment for them. My son has been attending Care for Kids Banksia Grove since September last year, and his development has truly thrived during his time there. The educators are incredibly understanding and always take the time to call with any concerns or updates about my son, which reassures me and helps me feel involved and informed. Before enrolling, I had looked at a few centres in the area, but from the moment I stepped foot into Care for Kids and was warmly greeted by Clare, I felt that this was the right centre for my son. That first impression has stayed with me, and I continue to feel confident in the care he receives. From the very beginning in the nursery room, both my son and I were made to feel welcomed and supported. Maria and Duyen are especially wonderful and greets us warmly each day, and it’s clear how knowledgeable and caring they both are. My son is very comfortable around both ladies and always seems happy in thier care. I feel the interaction with either ladies at every pick up tells me they take time and effort to get to know each and every child that is in the nursery which is comforting to know. Jasmine, the centre manager, is fantastic at her role. She is approachable, professional, and always willing to answer any questions I have. It’s truly a pleasure dealing with the centre as a whole. communication is excellent, and the environment feels calm, supportive, and child-focused. All the educators are warm, caring and attentive which is so lovely to see that most of the children are consistently happy and calm when arriving and leaving the centre which says a lot about the atmosphere and the quality of care being provided. My son is now transitioning to the next room as he is developmentally ready. While I’ve felt naturally anxious about the change, the educators have made the process feel so reassuring. They’ve respected my wishes to go at a slower pace and have supported both my son and me every step of the way. I’m very grateful to have found such a nurturing and responsive daycare for my child. We have our three kids enrolled and have experienced the different rooms over a number of years. The staff are always friendly, and it is obvious they are passionate about knowing the kids in their care and giving them the best experiences each day. The activities the kids participate in are always varied and evolving. The communication from Management and staff about what the centre and the kids are up to is also fantastic. We feel very lucky to have them there.
